Catherine Reed of Bradshaw Designs received her NCIDQ certification in June. To earn the coveted title, a candidate must study at an accredited university, work for two years under a registered designer, and pass a series of three exams. After graduating with honors from Texas Christian University in 2014, she joined the team at Bradshaw Designs and began working toward her certification.
