If someone in your life is venturing off and starting a business or is offering a service, like their business page on social media. Share it, share it, interact with it. This is one of the easiest ways to support a business. Most consumers check a business’s social media accounts when deciding where to go; if their organization has a lot of support, people usually trust that business a little more.

Shop at their store

Shopping at their store or purchasing their service is a standard practice for supporting a friend. Go to their salon and treat yourself to a new hairdo. Buy from their local establishment. And when you do, tell everyone how great the product is! Share it on your social media, tell your co-workers and family. When purchasing something from your friend’s small business, don’t ask for a discount! Support them buy paying what they charge.

Communicate

Sometimes just a phone call can make someone’s day. With a lot of us in isolation for several months, it’s great to hear a friendly voice. Ask them how their doing, if they need anything, or see if they want to video chat. Exchange words of encouragement. Send a daily text to check in with her.

Becoming a mom for the first time is a rewarding yet challenging adventure. It can be an overwhelming feat for any new mom. If you have extra baby items, give them to your loved one. Your help doesn’t need to just consist of materialistic items; you can cook her some tasty meals, babysit while she takes a relaxing bath, and call her often to make sure her sanity is still intact.
